Handicapped assesible room was next to an entrance/exit door but was told we could not use it. Room was for 4 individuals but only had towels and washcloths for one. No phone in the room. One of the beds would roll across the floor if you moved on the bed. Cockroaches in the room. Occupants above us extremely loud, constantly stomping while walking across the floor. Again could not call anyone because there was no phone or even an alarm. Would not recommend this motel and I will never be back. F minus rating.

This property is not unique but very old and not updated. Dirty Brown spotted Cheap Towels. Dirty Covers. Plastic on Chairs?? Bathrooms were not adequately rehabbed. Bad Drywall patching. Old Cloth Shower curtains. Dirty and Old Toilets that were not property cleaned. Packaged Oatmeal, Old fruit. A little could go a long way with this place. Just not an updated hotel. You can tell the Owners are cheap and the quality of the rehab work is shoddy at best.

Cheaper way to do belterra
Room was very spacious and clean. Bit of noise from above and hallway. Funky smell in hallways, but not horrible. Easily walkable to belterra plus breakfast for half the price of belterra.

Our room was very sparse. There was no alarm clock or phone. The mattress was very uncomfortable, I could feel the springs. The motel is going through renovations which we tried to take into account. If we had paid $60 for this room I wouldn't complain but the $120 we did pay made this a disappointment.

Don’t stay here if you like cleanliness
No elevator so we carried heavy luggage upstairs. Dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in and will never stay in again! Everything was old. Bathroom towels, wash cloths and shower curtain looked they hadn’t been cleaned in years the stains were so bad.

My favorite stopover
I love staying here. It was my second time thru. The staff is wonderful. It’s not the Ritz but comfortable. The king room has a recliner so I was able to sleep. The casino is very close. The lobby is always decorated. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Overall e stay here again

We Were on the first floor and the people above us kept making noise the whole time we were there. We ask for a late check out and they gave us 15 min. We are thinking about coming back in a few weeks. The prices are much better than the casino.

Stayed here due to proximity to belterra casino resort which was priced double the cost of this hotel. Hotel was clean, quiet and reasonably comfortable. Breakfast was very limited.
