Good value stay
Great stay. Breakfast on the grounds in the morning was fantastic. Small bathroom/shower but this is the norm for the area.

Free breakfast, nice staff and next door to train station & tram. Massive room as well. Only downside is small shower area.

Great location and safe.
Hotel was easy to find - just opposite main train station. Reception staffs were helpfull and pleasant. Room was moderate. House keeping was up to standard. Breakfast was simple. Elevator was small but no big issue. Tram station outside hotel - 1min walking distance. Overall a good stay..

Florence Gem
Hotel is in a great location next to Florence Central train station. Perfect for people who are travelling through Italy like we were. Rooms were spacious and kept very clean. Bed comfortable and bathroom large enough with great shower cubicle. Breakfast was good and the service very prompt. Staff were very helpful and informative. Lovely rear breakfast garden. Overall an excellent place to stay for a few nights for travelling guests.

Hotel try to ask for unreasonable price when we try to extend another 2 nights, we managed a better hotel with cheaper rate just 280 m away The room was very small and looks like an ancient building. Although it is very near train station

The hotel had an odor and the place did not appear to be "clean". It is an old place. I am suprised it is considered a "hotel" whereas it should have been a motel

Mid week stay in Venice
The hotel and it's staff were amazingly helpful. Breakfast was very good and the little area outside was cozy and we did use it. Location was the big high and low. It was great because of it's location to the vaporetto stops, (no steps to climb with luggage) and had easy access to the restaurants and bars off the main area. The big upset for me was the NOISE outside. We happened to be in room 209 that had streets on two sides of it. Mid week the noise was so bad I went downstairs to ask for a fan just to get some noise to drown out the outside noise. I did get one and the staff was fine about it. It just ruined a wonderful stay and what could have been a 5.0 review.

The hotel is very clean, and staff very pleasant and helpful, it is also great for trains and buses. The breakfast was basic but I suppose adequate, but never the less we enjoyed our stay as usual.

Very helpful staff. Breakfast also good. Excellent shower. Nice to have a low wattage bulb in bathroom. Windows needed to be closed at night because of the traffic noise and mosquitos, but air conditioning very quiet and effective.

Loved this hotel! It was so close to the train station we were able to walk to the hotel with all our heavy bags no problem. The hotel was very well kept and smelled wonderful. Breakfast was good, the people working there were really friendly and helpful. We had absolutely no complaints about this hotel at all. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Location good , hotel clean staff lovely , shower amazing. Unfortunately toilet was broken , constantly running water , reported 3 times but not fixed , late afternoon lots of building work which was noisy .

A gem in a perfect location.
Perfect location, we got off the train from Venice, crossed the street and there we were. The room was spectacular by European hotel standards, very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was well presented, varied, and tasty. Much of Florence is within easy walking distance. I couldn’t have asked for more.

The hotel staff was cordial and helpful in every way to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel is located directly across the street from the train station which was outstanding. Noise was not a factor as we thought it might be. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Great stop over hotel while in Florence
The hotel was in a great location just across the street from the Santa Maria NovellaTrain Station . Breakfast was sufficient. But the staff is outstanding. They cannot do enough to help you. We interacted with at least 4 people and each was courteous, helpful and very knowledgeable.

Very nice hotel close to the train station
I really loved the location of this hotel. It was super close to the train station which was really good when we arrived with bags. It was close to the tour we were going on early in the morning and breakfast was available which was good as well.
