The bed was comfortable and I was only there for about 8 hours to sleep. But the bathroom was dirty and the staff made a stink when I asked for an extra towel. If you’re looking for a cheap place to crash this is a good one but not so much to go back and relax. I think I will spend the extra money to stay at a different hotel. It was pet friendly but they charged me extra which wasn’t on their up front website.

Room was dirty (trashes full, shower had hair) I told the guy at the front desk & he did nothing. Pool & jacuzzi were closed, “high speed internet” cut out from our movie multiple times & they did intense yard maintenance with chain saws cutting down bushes then leaving large holes in the ground right outside our door. got there at 4pm after 4 hr trip. . no water since early morning. other person who arrived day before told me it has been off all day. kept telling them 1-2 hrs for fix all day. hot tub broken not being repaired. had no idea on condition of rooms. didnt check in. contacted expedia for refund & found lodging elsewhere plus no water provided for flushing

It's an OK bare bones place. Nothing remarkable and $25 per night for our dog seemed excessive. No breakfast was disappointing.

Horrible customer service got there rented and ADA room it was set up ok for someone in a wheelchair... As I rolled in room smelt horrible. We went to scoot the beds a little so my chair could fit in the middle of them as we did under the bad and dog food broken glass glitter you name it a old recipt from 2 years ago. Then I woke up both nights with ant crawling all over me first night I brushed it off second night It kept me up all night I turned my keys in and showed them all the pictures and told them if like my money back. after they made us clean up their mess because as soon as we found the dirt and we ask them to clean it they never came to do it so we had to go to them and barrow a broom and a dust pan from them do to their job.

Over all nice place to stay. Rooms are clean, the beds are a little hard, but because everything is so clean im ok with that. The staff was super nice. I would stay here again.

Hair on pillow and bathroom floor
It was a very big room but there was hair on one of the pillows and on the bathroom floor. The room had a funky smell and the bed was not comfortable my back hurt in the morning.

Don't Do It..
Not only were we unable to check into our room until after 6pm because of a "laundry problem" and the rooms weren't ready, but the bathroom had funk on floor and actual literal debris ON THE TOILET PAPER even. We called before deciding on a hotel (same day as reservation mimd you) and verified they had a hot tub and they said yes, but when we got there and were finally allowed to go in our room at 6:20pm, the office guy informed us that the hot tub is shut down for regular seasonal maintenance. They should have said that when we called and we would have chose somewhere else. This was a spontaneous make-up honeymoon trip because we got evacuated from our actual honeymoon in August because of a forest fire. I do not recommend this place and wont stay again.

This place is very dirty. The room was very dirty and has an unpleasant smell. The shower needs a lot of scrubbing. You can tell it has not been done for a long time. It appears the only thing that was cleaned was the toilet.

This property advertised a pool and hot tub but both were closed. Although the room was clean and adequate, the outside of this property was dirty with the parking lots behind and to the side of the property loaded with garbage. Someone needs to clean up this property. Hard to believe this is a travelogue.

The floor was not cleaned well on check in, I ignored it, but soon realized it was not to be cleaned at all, the hotel refused to clean anyones rooms unless the person was there. I had no service the 5 days there, I was finally able to get someone to at least bring towels, but the floor and trash and no cleaning was disgusting.

well for a while it was noisy from the room above and then there is road noise. 2 tv remotes but neither controlled the volume, it was to low to be heard with the fan going. Then there was no ac and the room was pretty warm so to cool down required windows open and fan going. This is nit-picky stuff, bed was good and I would go back
