"Overall it was a very pleasant stay. We were right in the middle of the National Park so it was easy to access the start of our tour. The rooms were clean and the food in the hotel was much better than the small restaurant outside the entrance of the park. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The only thing that i would have wished was that the wifi would have reached further to where the rooms were located. WiFi was accessible in the pool area which was far enough from the lobby as our room but all rooms did not have access (I guess something that you have to consider being in the jungle!)The pool was small and busy but was relaxing after a long morning of hiking the ruins in the park. The park is an hour drive from Flores but being that it’s the jungle it’s to be expected (again considering why many people travel to Tikal for the National Park) I would definitely recommend it if you plan on visiting the ruins- easy access and a very nice stay."
"We travel the world and this is definitely one of the best places we have ever stayed at. The hotel has twenty individual units that are large enough for a family of four. The service was impeccable. All staff were trained to know our names and after one meal became familiar with our preferences. The monkey island tour was great and the car service always on time. The spa was average but easily overlooked because of the incredible experience."
"The staff was very professional and helpful. They were able to accommodate the change of transport times due to flight delays. I strongly recommend hote Jaguar for your next trip to BEAUTIFUL Tikal."
"This place is spectacular in every way. Rooms are amazing. Staff are incredible. Food is delicious. This was our final stop of a two week journey to Guatemala. It was a wonderful ending to a fantastic trip. Carlos, Michelle, and Milton, among many others made this an experience to remember.
If you’re looking for a small, quiet place to rest, relax, and enjoy the area, select a room now. You’ll not be disappointed."
