Room was clean and comfortable. Very basic. There was no safety chain on the door. It appeared the door had been kicked open. The door frame had been replaced but not painted.

Best value, comfort and cleanliness, Great Price.
We race quads in motocross. Since starting back up we have been in a hotel almost every weekend over the last 2 months. This has been one of the best hotels. Close to the race track (Cycle Ranch in Tx.), Very clean, lots of room 3 of us and 3 dogs. If visiting Floresville Tx. this is the place to stay.

We arrived a little before midnight bc we had a race at cycle ranch and we went to get dinner and back to finally went to check in and they have gave our room away to someone else bc their A/C went out. Keep in mind no one called us to let us know, no one even took the time or the courtesy to email us or call us to say no worries we will have this ready before you guys even check in. Check in as 3pm it should of been taken care of since earlier not having us wait in our car with for over an hour passed midnight while they Install and ac unit Horrible experience! We want our $ back bad experience, woke up this morning and the refrigerator also had a leak and have pics of the old ac outside the room and the fridge and I’m sorry I’m asking for my money back but just bc I wasn’t there at 3pm doesn’t mean you can give our room away to someone else we paid 2 days in advance

We were evacuated from Hurricane Laura, having driven 5 hours. I reserved a pet friendly room, at this “pet friendly” motel. (Being a responsible person, I couldn’t leave my 2 poms at home.) When I arrived late into the night, I was informed that they had no pet friendly rooms available! I had to scramble to make alternative plans with an adjacent hotel. I’m extremely disappointed with this property.

After checking out and getting home realized I left my iPad. Called them immediately to let them know. Before I could finish letting them know I left my iPad they told me it was their. I went to pick it up a couple of days later. I left a little something for the cleaning person. The room was clean and cozy. It was well worth the cheap price.

This property is clean, quiet, and you can park right in front of your room. We stay here quite often when we visit Cycle Ranch motocross park.

THIS IS THE FIRST MOTEL IVE STAYED IN WHERE THERE WAS NOT A COFFEE POT IN THE ROOM. NO CLOCK, NO SHAMPOO, LOTION ETC. OFFICE WAS NOT OPEN AT 6:30 TO GET COFFEE EITHER. WILL NEVER STAY AGAIN OR RECOMMEND. WORTH PAYING $24/30 MORE TO STAY AT HOLIDAY INN.

Location was good for the event I was attending. Staff was pleasant. Room smelled a little musty, lighting was poor- very dim, not enough pillows, beds no too comfy, no small complimentary hygiene products.
