"This was a beautiful hotel near the Riverwalk but with peace and quiet when needed. The hotel had wonderful dining spaces (indoor, open air, shaded outdoor, and poolside. The pool was lovely too with plenty of room and both sunny and shady areas. Everyone on staff was extremely friendly including front desk, maintenance, housekeeping, and wait staff. Extremely! They made our stay very enjoyable and I would highly recommend this when you stay in San Antonio. "

But, there was only one coffee cup, and I had to request more from the cleaning ladies. The next day, we had no coffee cups and the cleaning lady said she did not have any coffee cups on her cart either just lids. So we had no coffee on the second and third day in our rooms. Nor did anyone come to clean our rooms. "
