"The hotel and staff were wonderful! Itโs in a great location next to the Alamo and downtown. The Tavern has great food and drinks. Unfortunately the parking situation is not ideal there. There are 2 options one is valet parking for $65 and then there is self parking which whoever the vendor is for it is extremely dishonest with their pricing advertising $48 for 4-24 hours of parking and when you go to use it it 12 hours is $56 and adding another 2 hours would have been $42. To avoid this use the valet parking. Otherwise itโs a great place to stay"

"Everything was good, Iโm not going with โgreatโ because we had issues with the air conditioning within the first 30 minutes and they persisted, the elevators on our side of the building went out and the lines on the other side were horrible. We had to take the stairs down from the 3rd floor and it was so hot in the stairways. Breakfast was a throw down each day, most items were not kept stocked and the line for waffles was 15-20 minutes long! The staff was so"
