Disliked: Property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Muito simples, mas mal conservado e barulhento

O mobiliário do local é antigo, o sofá cheirava mal, só havia ar condicionado no quarto e ainda modelo antigo, sem controle remoto e demorava a gelar. Algumas janelas estavam quebradas, o móvel da Tv era mal conservado, as cadeiras estavam moles, a faca de corte da cozinha toda enferrujada e as toalhas de qualidade mediana. O apartamento só tem o básico para dormir. O prédio não tem isolamento acústico nenhum e os vizinhos faziam muito barulho à noite. Após reclamarmos do barulho aos administradores, a síndica veio tirar satisfação conosco com ar arrogante, como se não pudéssemos reclamar pelo fato de estar alugando. Um constrangimento desnecessário, pois errado estava quem tinha feito barulho às 3h da manhã, perturbando o sono das pessoas. A região é boa e o acesso à praia é fácil, mas com certeza há melhores opções.
