Great hotel, reasonable prices. The rates become higher in high season but not as bad as other places. Super convinent to the yatch club. Parking is expensive. It is clean and they serve a decent breakfast.

We arrived at hotel and had to log into an app asking more than 20 questions, passport and all other information. Unnecessary for travelers arriving with more important things to get to. Many questions are related to addresses which are not accepted in the Portuguese language, help from desk required. Why, the hotel should fill in the blanks, and request help when necessary from the guest. Then, the big one: We requested and paid more for a room with a jacuzzi, but found out there was no hot water except at the bidet… no thank you. Site should make sure rooms are suitable before selling them. In the morning, still no hot water, cold raise off was the solution for flights the following day. Needs management supervision. Thanks.

Lamentável

Não tivemos uma boa estadia. Além de o quarto não estar limpo adequadamente, o quarto possui isolamento acústico sofrível. O hotel fica muito próximo do sambódromo e, se houver ensaio ou apresentação, é pouco provável que se consiga dormir. Deixamos o hotel às 1:30 da madrugada, sem conseguir dormir. Sequer foi possível experimentar o café da manhã. Lamentável.
