"Great place and great staff"

"The room was not the cleanest and there was obviously some kind of water damage to the ceiling. There needs to be better maintenance and cleaning of the rooms. The parking was another issue as there were two vehicles with trailers that took up numerous parking spaces. They give you ear plugs as the rooms near Tennessee are noisy."

"I had booked two suites, and unfortunately, one of them had a strong marijuana odor. While the team attempted to address the issue by placing an ozone machine in the room, the smell persisted throughout the night. I would like to recognize Austin at the front desk and Victorria from Housekeeping, both of whom did an excellent job assisting under the circumstances. This situation is not a reflection of their efforts, but rather a concern regarding the room being cleared for the next guest despite the lingering odor. I was also surprised that no compensation was offered, which is something worth reviewing from a service recovery standpoint."
