"My wife and I had an amazing experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved our room with the screened patio, we had our coffee there every morning overlooking the tennis courts. There’s so many things to do that are included, I don’t think we’ve ever stayed at a resort that had so many amenities included at no charge. We will definitely visit again on our next trip to the Keys."

"Overall a very nice stay. We would have liked daily house keeping and overall more friendly staffing. All staff where doing what was needed but not all of them with heart behind the service. We also did not enjoy the comfort of the bed and pillows. The rooms and the resort are beautiful though and the atmosphere was fabulous. The pool is nice however daily cleaning of it would make it nicer. It seemed to need a shocking. The food was satisfactory to good however unlimited fresh water beverages bottled I feel would make the stay better. Something good or water wise did not always settle with us. Overall a nice stay. The Keys are a great area to travel and the sunsets are amazing. I rate it 3.5 out of 5."
