"Great location in Cocoa Beach, great beachfront property with an excellent staff and nice clean rooms. Great parking available onsite at a reasonable daily price, also has one restaurant with good food and lobby and pool bars…. Its a nice place to stay and they allow pets which is a huge plus."

"Lovely characterful hotel located close to the beach. Nice pool, great service and welcome touches such as free parking, wine and cheese hour, free to use beach chairs, towels and umbrella. Plenty of restaurants and a supermarket (Winn Dixie) all within walking distance. Stayed in a standard room ocean view which was small but comfortable although the ‘ocean view’ is a bit stretched as was only visible from one specific spot in the room whilst looking through trees at an angle ! Only improvement on the room would be a small fridge to keep drinks cool during the Summer Florida heat but ice is available and the hotel provides an honesty bar with both alcoholic and soft drinks available "

Our shuttle to get to a cruise ship missed us.
The front desk person noticed we were still standing when a number of shuttles were coming to pick others up. She arranged for us to be on the next one. Very heads up on her part.
The restaurant is good but for a change we went a block to an Irish pub. "
"Stayed one night in June. Had a 2nd floor 1BR suite with a small kitchen and pullout sofa. Room was very nice, pullout wasn't very comfortable but when are they? A short walk to the beach and boardwalk area which was really convenient. Breakfast was fine, hot options were appreciated (I think they alternate between eggs/meat and biscuits and gravy). "
