"Perfect stay. "

"Did preregistration online. I had already paid for room. I got there, they claimed they needed the credit card that had already been charged. Also asked for vehicle info, which I had alert done online. Then, I was asked for $100 damage deposit!!! I’ve never paid a deposit. First room no hot water, second room no hot water. Daytona Bike week, every motel in city is full. They said they’d discount room. I didn’t have much choice. I went out for evening, came back, pulled sheets down. There’s a hole in mattress!!! Luckily I had 2 beds. In morning I went to see manager. She told me I’d get discount of 15%. Wow $10. Big deal. I got home and checked credit card, no discount yet, but a second hold for $100 deposit!! I would never stay here again!!!!!"

"Clean room clean hotel clean grounds. Front desk super efficient and friendly. So convenient to have a restaurant! However, the cook served raw (not just undercooked but raw) hamburger 2x even when told what happened 1st time and ordered well-done. "

"Terrible, would never go back. Room smelled awful. Very thin blanket with no spares. NONE of the light switches worked, could only light the room with one lamp and the light under the microwave. The fire suppression system over the stove had a prominent expiration date in 2023 (stayed in 2026). Room had no curtains, only slat blinds, and there was a massive spotlight outside the room that didn't turn off until 2am each night. I could read a book easily with the room as dark as it would get prior to 2am, so it was hard to get much sleep. They charge by the week for internet even if you are staying less than that, and the internet speed is marginal. And I'm not sure what the point is to have kitchenettes if the guest has to provide all their own silverware etc. Overall this place sucks badly. If you can afford anything better, avoid this place at all costs."
