"We were unable to access the accommodation: upon arrival, we found ourselves in front of code boxes, no response to calls to the owner between 4 PM and 5 PM, no calls from him despite the message left on voicemail in English, no email indicating the codes. In short, unable to leave 2 children in the blazing sun, we were forced to book another hotel and lose the money for this rental. "Excellent. It was beyond our expectations having chosen the largest apartments for 2pax. Thank you very much for letting us know where the washer and dryers were, James. Would recommend to those who may cook or a quite evening "home". Also there's the free bus tourist shuttle if needed."

"A place of pro's and con's... - location - middle of old town - very quiet and good location. - easy to access, key locker worked well - Flat had been well cleaned, EXCEPT for the toilet seat which had accumulated many months of yellow stain on both sides... needed cleaned properly with bleach/ anti-bacterial. The shower is also getting a little cold around it.. - The room was big enough for the double bed and sofa bed. However, no way would I try 4 people in there are the bathroom is so small...

A Great Location Close To Lake Lucerne

"The room was a good size but with a rather bland in design. The bed was large and comfortable. The AC seemed to struggle to maintain temperature and was quite loud. The shower also had a couple of issues. First was that, like the AC, the temperature control didn’t work very well. The water temperature would vary from luke warm to uncomfortably hot at times - without you adjusting it. Also the shower had two opening corners that were missing gaskets at the bottom so a lot of water ended up on the floor unless you were very careful. The location of the hotel made it easy visit a lot of tourist spots on foot. The included breakfast was reasonably good. The items were oddly distributed so you had to look for things that would normally be together e.g. butter near the bread."
