Very poor breakfast, just small taste
In room there are cold floor tiles and you can not walk barefoot. Breakfast extremely poor, it is just a taste with 1piece of salamy and low cost cheese. Parking is near the road without video cameras and not very safe. Bathroom is very old and oldfashioned and strange walls. You hear all noises from the road and trains. Bed very unconfortable and blanket is bad and keep cold not warm

Pleasant stay and ideal location for travelling through Switzerland. Opposite the lake with lovely views. We stayed one night and was given the large family roof room. Although it was hot in the room, it was very spacious and ideal for our requirements. The owner was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

Staff was really nice, room was really good for 3 people and it wasnt noicy as some people have said, even if trains goes by right next to the hotel.

Fluelen is conveniently situated with good local and international transport links. Also there is some excellent intermediate walking to be found in the area.

small lakeside town.
Very comfortable room; although I was by myself, and only staying one night, I was given a room with two beds, and was able to have a shower. I was travelling by train from Andrermatt towards Zurich airport and this was a useful stop over. I travelled by public transport, and the bus driver dropped me at the door. The next day I walked back to the station with my suitcase- not so good over the cobbles. The instructions to phone a certain number were useless, and I was a bit worried. however the owner was there to let me in. I arrived about 14.00hours.

Area is lovely and the hotel is fine - especially if you love trains which I do. Situated right next door to the main railway line through the Gotthard it is a train spotters dream.

Fluelenhof - Never again.
Arrived 23rd December, NO previous advice the Resteraunt was closed till February. Breakfast worst ever in Switzerland. Owner living in the past. Most places give Buffet Breakfast. Breakfast here meager. Exspecive for what we actual received.

nice location clean and friendly staff BUT a very poor breakfast, a cheese roll and a glass of orange juice, we were asked if we would like boiled eggs, to which we said yes please. PRESENTED WITH A BILL at the end of the week for the eggs.A special bottle of wine for a birthday treat 42 swiss francs? went into Lidls supermarket their it was 7.95. VERY FRIENDLY BUT MONEY MAD.

Wir haben bei Expedia diese Hotel reserviert, wir sind nach dem 700 Kilometer fahrt angekommen aber das Hotel seit dem Sommer geschlossen war! wir waren mit zwei kleines Kinder sehr müde und müssten wir eilig wo anders Hotel aussuchen! Ich bin als neue Kunde bei Expedia sehr enttäuscht geworden! Ich werde mich Nie wieder bei Expedia Hotel buchen!😡

unglaublich schlechtes Preia-Leistungsverhältnis. Zimmer in den 70gern stehengeblieben. Dusche ( oder Duschkiste) war zwar im Zimmer-im Gegensatz zur Toilette- aber nicht benutzbar. Falttür beim öffnen auseinandergefallen. Ich habe so ein Hotelzimmer noch nie gesehen und wusste gar nicht, dass es so etwas gibt. Schlecht isolierte Fenster, der Krach der Züge war unerträglich. Frühstück mit abgezählten Wurst und Käsescheiben. Ich könnte immer weiter schreiben… und das ganze dann für 135€ pro Nacht, einfach unglaublich

Neider und Nörgeler gibt es genug auf dieser Welt.Wir haben nur 5 Doppelzimmer in diesem Segment "Spezialangebot, zu CHF 120.- Ortstaxe und Frühstück, Zimmer/ Nacht". Nur diese Zimmer haben eine grosse Duschkabine im Zimmer und bis jetzt ist noch nie eine Schiebtüre der Duschen auseinandergefallen. Vier dieser Zimmer haben auch ein überdachtes Balkonabteil mit Tisch und Stühlen.Die restlichen 20 Zimmer haben eine Nasszelle mit Dusche/WC und auch Bäd/WC. Leider hat der Euro an Wert gegenüber dem CHF massiv gelitten. Die Fenster sind gut isoliert, haben alle Dreifachverglasungen und auch Doppelverglasungen mit einen Drehkippmechanismus. Wir servieren ein Continental Frühstück und Nachservice bekommt unser Gast soviel er mag!Nicht zu glauben so ein KommentarBleiben Sie gesund und froh.Gruss/ Antony

Vielen Dank. Seit der Neueröffnung 1981 ist einiges passiert. Das Hotel habe ich seit dem 01.08.2022 verkauft und der neue Eigentümer weiss um die hervorragende Bausubstanz und gedenkt ein 4 Sterne Haus nach sanfter Renovation daraus zu machen. Eine gute Zeit und nochmals danke! Gruss/Antony

Ouwe meuk, bed,bedkussens dun, ventilatie = raam/deur open denk daarbij aan de Betuwelijn op 40mtr afstand kerkklok elk half uur EN uur. Volgende keer iets verder zoeken, voordeel? Dorp was precies op de helft van de reis, ,😎

Danke für Ihre Mitteillung. Ja, leider für nervöse Menschen nicht geeignet, jedoch nur wenn bei hohen Temperaturen die Fenster geöffnet sind, ansonst gibt es wenig störende Geräusche. Die Kirchenglocken, oder die Glöckchen der weidenden Schafe, einfach herrlich das es dies noch gibt. Eine gute und erholsame Zeit. Gruss/ Antony

Grusomt og spinndyrt. Vi hadde to netter der. Vi ble plassert på loftet. Ikke heis som gikk lengre enn til 3 etg. Og det var akkurat som å bli skrudd 40 år tilbake i tid. Samt kirkeklokkene som slår hele døgnet hvert 15 min. Det var sikkert 30 grader på rommet, selv om vi hadde 4 vifter og sov med vinduene åpen. Men veldig hyggelig betjening. Spesielt i frokostsalen.

Charmerende hotel - god og venlig betjening. Selvom hotellet ligger ud til en meget trafikeret jernbane var dette ikke generende.

Es war ein wunderbare Aufenthalt. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Leider war das Restaurant des Hotels geschlossen, so dass wir für ein Abendessen immer auswärts gehen mussten.
