"Great location close to subway and the park. The room was a little tired though everything was clean. The staff was professional and the lobby was on point. We even enjoyed the rooftop for a little while in the afternoon. I would stay here again."

"Wonderful location and elegant property. Even if you donโt stay there, it is worth a stop to admire the stunning lobby. Had a great stay: bed comfortable, easy walk to shopping, Times Square and grand central. Good walk to theatre and museums. The toilet was leaky and constantly refilling all night, but otherwise really loved it. Would definitely stay there again"

"All was good up until I packing my things to check out. One the male cleaners knocked on my door and when I didnโt answer, he actually opened the door to ask if I was checking out. Check out was at 11 am and when he came to my door it was 10:30 am. I told him that it was not ok that he opened my door. At check out, there was no staff available to tell what happened so Iโm leaving this review. It is not safe to have male cleaners open doors randomly. There has to be a better system."
