"Superior room disappointing. No double bed just two singles pushed together. Shower did not regulate temperature and shower head fixing ineffective. Executive lounge 'nibbles and drinks' poor and very disappointing. Sunbeds in pool area need to be monitored to stop guests putting towels down and disappearing for hours! Sadly location very poor. Neighbourhood rundown and unsafe."

One of the highlights was definitely the food—breakfast was delicious and the restaurant is simply wonderful. I honestly could not have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!"
