"The property is very nice. The owner answered all the questions and texts. We wanted to start the sauna, but there was no English, he stopped by to start it. Although, it still didn't start and we didn't enjoy it, we would love to stop again and wonder in the forests eating berries. We went to the store and bakery he told us and bought wool sweater that is very warm, sandwiches and coffee, some food and other unnecessary stuff )))) to support local business. "This is a fabulous little gem of a place in the mountains of Norway. Rooms are clean and tidy. Common areas have fun touches like folk tale art on chair backs and other hand curated items. The hotel restaurant offers up wonderful food - including desserts made with local mountain berries and (if you are a meat eater) options like a reindeer burger with creamy cheese, both balancing flavors with the expert touch you might not expect from a hotel kitchen. Truly - if you stay at the Trolltun Hotel, plan to have dinner there. Your taste buds will thank you. "
