"This appears to be a run by a husband and wife so Not only does checkin start at 4pm, but there is no one at the hotel until then so there is no place to leave bags. Also the internet was incredibly slow and unreliable which the owner acknowledged. "

"No hair conditioner for the day 1 and asked for it and never came. One light off and power outlet doesn’t work. The staff just pretended to do his job but didn’t. Other Novotels is good but not for the Enry one. "

"Ok hotel to stop off overnight when travelling past. Room not that clean and very hot as we were on the top floor. Staff were weird when we didn’t speak French. And the surrounding area is not great. But bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. Free parking is a bonus."

"Small room. Sparse. Check in was supposed to be at 3:00pm. No one was there, front door locked until after 4:00pm. Note on door sent us to a restaurant where they were no help, just wanted us to eat! Way too many other-seemingly nicer-hotels in the area….skip this one!! "
