"AVOID! Owner canceled our prepaid accommodation 3 hours prior to arrival leaving us stranded without accommodation apparently due to damage incurred from previous tenant. Owner texted us an image of a brown toilet but refused to meet us and ignored phone calls. We ended up taking a hotel across the street. At least the Owner did promptly refund our payment, which however did not cover the increased cost of the last-minute hotel."

"Cancelled as we got to Bologna, communication was a real issue. Seems as though the issu3 had been known about for some time. Thankfully the refund was processed quickly but finding accomodation at the last minute was both expensive and stressful."

"The host was not clear on a meeting place for entry into the property and apartment. He originally had suggested at the property entrance then changed to a bar next to the property, but we didn’t have network access so the bar rendezvous did not reach us. When we finally did meet, he was very upset with us because he needed to be someplace else. Keep in mind, he did not contact us until 4 hours prior to our check-in time… very stressful."
