"This is very small bed and breakfast with the best location in Siena. Perfect walking distance to everything.
They are very service oriented. This place only has 3 rooms. Very personal service. Breakfast is good. "
"Our host Katia was amazing! The rental was beautiful and clean. We will definitely recommend this place and plan to return with more friends and family. "
"This hotel is about a 5-10 minute walk to Il Campo but is also in a quiet area with less touristy restaurants. Our room was quiet and very clean. Check in was with a room code. Very easy. It is about a 30-35 minute walk from train station to hotel which can be a bit tiring with some mild inclines. "

"Very well maintained, renovated 19th century building. Close to all attractions, while still easily accessible by car, very close to the pedestrian zone of the old town. Parking is not free, but reasonable (15 Eur/day in the hotels garage). There is no elevator, so you will need to climb some stairs (on the plus side they are all marble stairs). The room was a good size (for 3 adults), tha bathroom is smaller but very clean and nice. It was quiet and air conditioning was working well. We had a good sleep, the blinds can be shut completely, good if you like to sleep longer. The two large mirrors made the room to feel even bigger. Overall, it is a better 3-star hotel. Only drawback for some may be the lack of elevator."
"Beautiful room- clean and mostly quiet, with some noise from room above. Delicious breakfast and gorgeous outdoor area with a view of the Siena hills. One of the most comfortable hotels thus far in our travels in Italy. "
