"The room was very clean and spacious. I had problems getting into my unit, so I called the representative. My issue was resolved right away. I would definitely stay here again when I'm back in the area."

"It was an excellent stop over in La Rioja. The town itself is incredibly gorgeous and charming. Note if you're there during a weekday, it's dead but that's anywhere in the countryside in Spain. We were there on a Tuesday and it was empty but that made even more magical. Great hotel and service."

"The included breakfast was excellent. Staff were helpful. One of the superior rooms we paid for was not very superior and in the attic with no windows at all. We changed down to a regular room, which was lovely, but couldn't get a refund because we prepaid. It was a beautiful historic place and the small plunge pool was refreshing. Parking was close by and very close to Haro and the wine tasting and trails to bike and walk. great base for Rioja wine visit"
