She really went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed and she was walking around and helping everyone as they ate their meal. It really stood out to me how much she loved her job."

"There is no clock in the room. There is no microwave in the room. No breakfast buffet. My room had a coffeemaker, but others in my group did not., and hot drinks are not available in the lobby. The TV remote was difficult to use. However, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Upon checking in I was sent to a room that had not been cleaned, but was quickly given a different room."
