"No airport shuttle offered. Computer/printer at business center not working. Elevator wasn't working. Room was clean, staff was cordial & it was a quiet stay. Pool water very cloudy & ladder broken. Garbage strewn about property. Just left key in container @ front desk bc we left before breakfast was ready."

"Very misleading pictures online. The pool and hot tub were vile, cloudy, sediments on the benches in the hot tub. No towels to use, I don’t believe the floor had been mopped ever. The room was filthy. Looked like there was blood on the curtains. We checked in for about 3 hours and left. The walls had very clear areas that were dirty and had not been wiped down. The hallways smelled like smoke, there were odd stains on the stairs. A random wet towel piled in the corner of one stair. Weird vibes from staff. On the room door where the metal reinforcement is, to add extra protection, looked like it had been broken into it. I didn’t even ask for my money back, we just fled."

"This was the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. We arrived at 4:30 waited in the lobby for 30 minutes before the cleaning lady went and got someone to work the front desk. Upon "trying" to check in, we were told they didn't have our reservation. Once it was found, they tried to charge me again for the room that was already paid in advance and we were told that our room wasn't ready and still needed to be cleaned, check in started at 3. At 5:40 we were finally given a room, which was suppose to be a suite. What we found was an emptied out room that had a bed, broken down couch, a small table and chair, a tv, that didn't work, two lamps a frig, and absolutely nothing else. Upon walking into the bathroom, we were greeted by the most disgusting tub that we have ever seen. Black stuff everywhere. We paid over $400 for this room to attend a concert, which started at 5:20 and we didn't get there until 6:30. DO NOT BOOK at this place. I am extremely disappointed that Hotels.com had this listed as an option for a quality hotel."

"Room smelled like stale cigarettes which proved with no smoke detector in the room. Had to open the window to try airing out room. "
