"Severe noise outside. People was doing some game till midnight. I will never stay again if it continues. Last month stay was same."

"Usually, we enjoy our stay at a La Quinta Hotel. But this hotel was different and we could tell it was not as well maintained as others we’ve visited. There was no answer when we called the front desk, only busy signals. Bath towels were missing. There was no hair dryer. The pillows were very flat. But the worst part of our stay were the constant trains that went right by our windows at all hours of the night and day. We asked for a quiet room, but our room couldn’t have been closer to the railroad tracks. In addition, our room was across from the elevator doors. We checked out about 7:15 the next morning."

"Clean and great staff"

"The only good thing I can say about my stay is the what was offered for breakfast was nice, make your own waffles, cool toaster, yogurt, cereal, juice, danishes, and coffee. But the room wasn't clean and I had to give a $200 deposit for cleaning because I guess the room was supposed to be clean. I believe the ladies name is Punapuna was not a pleasant person at all. There was dirty soap in the shower, hair in the drain, candy or dog treats everywhere even at the head of the bed on the box springs between the mattress and the wall, cereal bits all over the floor I expected it to be cleaner due do the deposit but I was incorrect."

"Location was awful It’s right next to the freeway and we couldn’t sleep well at night because of the noises coming from freeway But overall, the rooms were clean"

"Breakfast was very basic,room got like cemical smell and we ask for another room and they said they just can spray the room. Ac was working perfectly. You cant stay in the lobby bevause they got room behind tge lobby. In general wasn't perfect stay for us compare to same hotel in San diegi"

"The room was clean and had good amenities. The heat wasn't working and I was given the option of moving or using a space heater. The breakfast items are hot sausage, eggs, potatoes, or waffles, or cold cereal, yogurt, muffins and juice and milk. The hot items weren't anything to brag about, but they were good. "

"I didnt end up staying there. I paid for a room for 2 days through hotels.com. when I arrived to check in i was aked for a deposit. Which is unheard of where I'm from. I aksed to cancel the reservation and was refused. After 2 days going back and forth between customer service (who did everything they could to help.) And the management of the hotel. They finally agreed to a partial refund for a room I never stayed in. I won't book with Red Roof Inn affiliated hotels again."
