"Convenient location for meetings downtown. Hotel staff great! Was noisy with many sirens but they do supply you with earplugs"

"The hotel was clean and in a good location. The bathroom has a clear glass wall with a blind, which we felt it lacked privacy. The coffee situation wasn't much for the two of us, just one pod each. Otherwise was a great stay!"

"Stayed 4 nights. On the second night, there was loud music and jumping from an event until after midnight, and it was impossible to sleep in our room. When we called the front desk, they said they could not do anything because the event had its own contract. The next day, they apologized, said it was a mistake, waived that night’s charge, and moved us to the 3rd floor. However, that did not make up for losing the next morning’s work due to a headache and lack of sleep. As a 100-year-old hotel, the walls are thin, and noise travels easily. Cleanliness was also below expectations. Overall, stay one night if you want to experience a 100-year-old hotel, but not more than that."

"The location was perfect for our event at the RBC Convention Centre."

"Room was clean and the hotel is under renovation but the last few times we’ve been there we never see any renovations in the rooms we are assigned. The lobby and restaurant, lounge are well designed, nicely decorated and modern looking but the guest rooms need redecorating desperately, they look worn and dated. Front desk staff, bar & restaurant staff and the valet staff were excellent!!"
