"This was my first time in Positano. It the staff was very friendly and useful. The breakfast was delicious and I had cappuccino every morning. I rated everything five stars. However the stairs were a bit challenging at times. My husband and I are senors and Carrying our luggage down the stairs were too much. We were so grateful to pay a porter to carry our bags up. I wish porters were available when we arrived."

"I loved Hotel Montemare. We had a spacious room with a beautiful view and deck. On our deck we had a hot tub, lounge chairs and a patio table. We loved spending time outside on the deck enjoying the views. It did get noisy later at night because there was a hotel bar right above where we stayed. The staff was super friendly. Every spot in the hotel had beautiful views of Positano! We could walk about 350 stairs to the beach area of Positano, which was convenient (and a workout!). The breakfast was super delicious! Amazing location and wonderful experience overall."

"Every aspect of the resort was amazing. From the time you walked into the reception area you were greeted like you were family. It wasn’t just a show they were putting on this was truly their character. The lift operators especially Francesco( hope I am spelling that correctly) made you laugh always greeted you with a smile and respect. The restaurant staff at La Serra knocked it out of the park with amazing food and staff. On our last day they made my wife a special desert that made her so happy she actually cried! Remmesa ( again the spelling) restaurant on site was another amazing restaurant with great staff. And finally the housekeeping staff did an extraordinary job on the rooms and grounds. You never will see any dirty areas anywhere on site. If you are going to Positano you definitely should consider staying here! Oh, did I mention the view!"
