Bom hotel, necessita melhorar o atendimento

O hotel é agradável, limpo e organizado. Café da manhã excelente. No entanto cobraram 2 vezes a hospedagem, pois o atendente do dia da chegada não deu baixa no sistema e no check-out minha esposa foi pagar o consumo, mas cobraram dela a hospedagem. O atendente não podia resolver na hora e estou aguardando o retorno do hotel sobre a situação.
