I do apologize that one of your remotes was not working, I am unsure from you review if you notified the front desk or not so that they could rectify this issue & any of the other problems you encountered. I am also sorry that the public restrooms in the bar were messy. We pride ourselves on keeping a very clean hotel & consistently clean the public restrooms. Some rooms do have loud systems but I'm so sorry to hear that we could've tried a different room to see if it was a little quieter. Hopefully, if you choose to stay with us again we can have that fixed so you can have a more peaceful night. I'm so sorry about that inconvenience.

I'm so sorry about all that. There's nothing we could do about the hot tub since it is out of our hands but the staff must've not explained about the fire pit. We had a really bad storm a little while back and a bunch of water got in the pipes so until we manage to fix it the fire pit hasn't been working. But I'm glad to hear that the issue didn't stop you from recommending us. We wish your stay could've been better. Hopefully, if you visit us again we can make it up to you. Have a good day!

Sorry for the miscommunication but the bar is open on weekdays and only sometimes on the weekends. Mainly if there is an event happening at the hotel that ask for the bar to be open. But regardless I'm so sorry we couldn't have it open this weekend for you.
