"Receptionist was welcoming and the place was clean."

"This was a lovely resort. We only stayed overnight and didn’t really use many of the amenities but our room was amazing, especially the comfy beds."

"The room was very dusty/dirty behind the beds, and the lampshades were very dusty. The bath shower was dirty. The carpet in my room was very stained and dirty. The mattresses did not have any bedbug covers on them. The bed skirt was dirty, but the manager said it was worn out, but I suggested to take it off since it looks so dirty. The hallway carpet was coming up in several places needed to be stretched or replaced. I stumbled several times on it also, I told that to the manager, she said it was going to be replaced eventually, and I stated that someone could fall and that could be a liability for the hotel itself. My overall stay there was terrible. The door key card would not work several times during my stay I ask for housekeeping services did not get it until I called down to the desk and asked for towels and washcloths and so forth. The guy at the desk asked me if I could come down and get him. I said no my back was hurting someone bring them to the room and he was very rude, but said yes he did deliver the towels and so forth to my room after about 45 minutes of requesting them I’m very disappointed in the Holiday Inn."

"The worst property I ever stayed at. The beds were spring and not soft that off"

"First room was not ready, door was propped open and rags on floor everywhere. Second room had hair all over towels and bed sheets. "

"Needs paint, and the bed was old. Floor in bathroom had hair and so did top bed cover. Breakfast was fine."

"The hotel is in a very sketchy area and we had a drunk/drugged individual walk in through the front door and started stealing items from the front desk area and youths walking through the bar restaurant area selling candy and not asked to leave. Also, we ordered two Queen beds but received one King with extremely uncomfortable pull out sofa for the kids, with no option to switch to two Queens like we ordered. "
