"The room I checked into was not cleaned. There was hair in the bathtub, bugs on the pillows, blood on the hairdryer, the tile floors in the bathroom were not grouted down so they were sticking up and sharp, the a/c blew warm moldy smelling air, and there were questionable stains all over the couch and walls. When I confronted the front desk and asked to cancel my reservation, she said “well did YOU use the room?” Suggesting that I had placed bugs on pillows, and hair in the tub! She had literally seen me wheel my luggage up to the room 1 minute prior to contacting them. Terrible experience. "
"I stayed here for one night during a road trip and was mainly looking for something affordable just to get some sleep. The staff was friendly, the property was quiet, and I appreciated that the parking lot was well lit with visible security cameras, which made me feel more comfortable about my vehicle.
That said, the room itself felt very dated and had a noticeable “old” smell when I walked in. The AC wasn’t on upon arrival, so it took a bit to cool the room down. Unfortunately, there were also some cleanliness concerns—the duvet had cigarette burns, and the bathroom had a strong urine odor.
Overall, it served its basic purpose for a quick overnight stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement in upkeep and cleanliness."
"The room was clean but skimpy on amenities in the room and breakfast bar. No tissue, very skimpy on towels, and toiletries. The breakfast bar has no syrup for waffles, very little juice and there was no coffee left at 8:30am and the breakfast bar closes at 9am. I won’t stay here again as it’s not priced lower despite skimpy amenities plus no one manning the breakfast bar. "
"Staff was phenomenal. Breakfast was good. Treadmill was broken. Room 211 was so humid it was hard to sleep. Covers were damp. Turning air to 68 provided some relief but then it was too cold."
"Sweet staff. Room was clean and great for our needs. My only complaint was the TV. Would not work. Called the front desk and they walked me through to make sure remote was working. Remote batteries were pretty beat up and the back kept falling off. The TV would not change channels. Gave up and turned off."
"The hotel was rundown and it smelled terrible. The room smelled like a sweaty ranch hand rolled around on the carpet after working 12 hours in the Texas heat . The bedding smelled horrible, I had the change the bedding and it smelled just as bed. There was fecal matter in the toilet, the tiles are cracking and coming out of the floor in the bathroom, the flooring in the hallway has broken metal thresholds and exposed screws in the second floor. The breakfast was actually good, but I would personally prefer a hotel that values cleanliness over their breakfast. "
