"When we got there, the sheets on the bed were stained. I called the front desk and a young lady came to the door and handed me the sheets. I called again and she came back to remake the bed. One of the days we were there, our room was never cleaned. We had no towels or toilet papery. Again I called and someone came to the door and handed me towels. The workers in the lobby bar are very nice and helpful. The hotel is kept neat. "

"First time stay at this hotel in FC. Love the location in downtown FC, loved the music theme and nostalgia with the record player in the room, staff was kind and attentive, area around hotel safe, easy parking, great restaurant right on property, coffee in the lobby in the a.m., easy self (paid) parking, clean rooms, and bed was fairly comfy. It’s bigger than standard boutique hotels, but does still give that boutique feel. The ‘terrace’ room that’s extra is a bit misleading by the pics, but still nice to open door for fresh air. If it’s cold or windy, wouldn’t say it’s worth it. I think the best part is the trendy lobby, close restaurant and location to downtown vibes! "

"The staff was outstanding - friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great. The location is definitely a little off the beaten bath - not convenient to anything. The hotel could definitely use a renovation/spruce-up - it looks and feels very dated. A young kid was running back and forth in his hotel room above us and we heard every single step, even with our sound machine on. The staff may wish to try putting guests in main floor rooms beneath vacant rooms or rooms without families, at least."

"Affordable, clean older building, comfortable bed, nice breakfast. Nice clean pool. Broken hot tub was disappointing. Only complaint would be no working hot tub otherwise great. And older dated smaller tvs. This place for the price point was as good as other places I've paid almost twice as much for per night. Thumbs up. Call and ask about the hot tub in the future. Who doesn’t like a good hot tub? "
