Clean. Great access to CSU. Minimal. The keypad did not work properly and left me locked out early in the morning. Also, the hallway light creeped through the cracks of my door all night and kept me up. Other than that, great for the price.

Rooms were loud. Had a team of high school kids that were banging on our doors all night. Homeless were coming in trying to get rooms.

Hilton Fort Collins
Had to check in at Front Desk to get a digital key. Toilet ran constantly and took 20 minutes to refill. Loud group of children playing hockey and football in atrium with noise travelling all the way up to our room on the 5th floor. Computers in business center not connected to printer.
