"Very beautiful place. Check in with was smooth and extremely accommodating with a cold towel, yummy beverage and quick tour. Rooms feel extra safe since the doors require a code for entry. Great pools and lovely Christmas decorations. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed and pillows. Robes, slippers, makeup towels. Restaurant is good and the beach shuttle is super convenient. Great location too. Only inconvenience was my room directly faced the construction noise and they start early in the day. "

Latoya made us feel like family, every single time we went down for breakfast! The entire staff at the Ritz Carlton were so friendly and always helpful! The beds are the most comfortable we have ever experienced at a hotel!"

"Really beautiful property. Everyone is really nice. Bed very comfy. Had everything we needed for the week. About a 10 minute a walk to Sunset beach. You do want to rent a car as it is in Leeward beach area. Short drive to Grace Bay. Pool area is super nice with jacuzzi. "
