"Breakfast was delicious every morning. Everyone on staff was so nice and helpful. Teddy especially was helpful in telling me fun sights to see and recommending restaurants."
"Main complaints: wifi/cable is unreliable, cleaning staff shortage and noisy rooms next to busy road.
All 4 days and 3 nights of my stay, wifi was not available. I was unable to send important documents from my laptop.
There were multiple dog pee stains on the carpet that were so old, they were brown. I had to make sure the room was cold and the window was open to avoid the odor from getting onto my items. Also, there was a full trash can from the previous guest when I entered. Mildew smell in bathroom.
I was in town for medical reasons and I told the front desk clerk that I needed a quiet room to be able to rest. She stuck me with a room next to the highway and lobby, and heard people talking a foot away from my window all day.
Due to the lack of sleep and being a hilton honors member, I asked for a later check out time to take a nap, but couldnt due to limited amount of cleaning staff available.
The only positive aspects of this stay was the amazing breakfast and the very comfortable bed."
"Tldr: Enjoyed our stay here. Would stay here again. Needs a bit of maintenance.
Nice little place to crash for a couple nights. It's basically a little group of mini houses in the middle of town. It's pretty darn clean where it counts, i.e. the beds, the table, the floors, the tub, etc. but could use some dusting up higher where taller people can see, clean the ac filters, and it just has the old building musty undertones in the air (so crack open some windows). This place has been around a long time and it definitely needs a bit of maintenance to tune it up. A few little things would go a long ways such as fixing or covering the the crack/hole in the tub surround, broken lamp switches, moving and updating a couple light switches, and replacing some worn doorknobs -that kind of thing. Didn't have any problems with heat or ac noise, just turned the fan to 'on' and it's quiet white noise. Otherwise it's a cute little place that offers individual rooms and spaces that is great for families or groups. Don't expect to get a luxury cabin in the mountains, that's not what they're selling here. But expect a good night's sleep, a quiet atmosphere; and since you're in an individual cabin, there's no elephants on parade in the room above you- and that's a pretty good trade-off for me."
"Staff were efficient and helpful.
Breakfast staff had a wonderful selection which they presented in a clear path of operation. The breakfast room moved smoothly and products were found easily."
"Bathtub did not drain while taking a shower. Had to rinse my feet off after I got out of the shower the dirty chair next to the bed not very impressed won't be back."
