"Clean friendly staff easy check in, good location "

"Overall it’s an excellent hotel with a great vibe, large amounts of space and clean. However some spots were missed in the last clean and when I first got to the hotel, there were hairs on the toilet seat, crumbs on the kitchen floor, sticky residue on the kitchen table that I assume was from spilled soda and a black stain on the floor. But the bed was clean, the room overall was comfortable and I would definitely recommend it. "

"Stayed at 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge for our 5 year wedding anniversary and had an amazing experience. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and super helpful throughout our stay. Loved the relaxed vibe and casual style from the staff because it made the hotel feel comfortable instead of overly formal. The rooftop bar was next level with incredible views of the river and the Brooklyn Bridge. Very happy with our stay overall and would definitely come back."

"The hotel itself has great quality. The staff are very helpful and friendly. No problems with anything in the hotel, it was convenient to subway stations and bus stops and other landmarks in the area. It was a great place to stay at for a weekend."
