CLEAN place by the beach!
What a great little place. Could not have asked for a cleaner place. One block from the beach, nice pool and very friendly people.

FAR FROM A "RESORT"
We booked this on Expedia for a weekend getaway for our anniversary. Hotel name was misleading, it is not a Resort, it is a Motel. The sign on the property read Deerfield Beach Motel. Wish I'd have done more research prior to booking this NON-REFUNDABLE Motel room. It was nothing more than a room to stay in. Resort it is not. It had none of the amenities that a hotel room would normally have, shampoo, conditioner, etc. They provided one bar of soap. If you are staying here, you need to be sure to bring all your own toiletry items from home. It had a small fridge, toaster, and coffee maker, but no coffee, cream, sugar, etc. The "queen" bed was hard as a rock, and was supported by wooden blocks underneath in the middle. I'm not really sure it was a queen sized bed. It felt more like a full. We ended up using the mattress from the futon and put it on top of the bed mattress because it was that bad. The linens were scratchy, and there was a burn hole we noticed during our stay. The remote did not power the TV on and off. The room needed black out curtains or something to block all of the light from outside. The AC unit had what appeared to be mold. There was no linen service unless you paid extra, and the room only included two bath towels, two hand towels, and a towel for the floor. No washcloths. We would never stay here again, nor would we recommend it to anyone.

We really didn't spend much time at the Motel. We walked to the beach everyday, so we didn't use the pool.

Cute and clean
We stayed the night for a wedding and although we felt the rate was high, we were pleased with the room. Upon first appearance, the building seemed old and outdated, but the room was very clean and spacious and updated. There was a good size microwave and fridge in the room as well as dishes and cutlery.

very short walk to the beach. Great staff.
Very helpful with directions and check in. comfortable bed and nice kitchenette. Great home base for my travels around the area. I didn't need to go out to eat every night, which is exactly what I needed.

Surprisingly great place
Definitely worth going back to. You cant find anybody nicer than Joe, great owner, who keeps this place immaculate. Good size, comfortable rooms, and close proximity to the beach, (1 block) make this a great option for your stay. Two thumbs up.

Old and well kept.
The room was basic and clean. Tub color was lavender. The lights from security lighting outside were so bright in the room that is was hard to sleep. Blinds were not effective in darkening the room.

Very good location for the price
The Deerfield Beach Motel is in a perfect location for a beach vacation at a moderate price. It is located 1 block from the beach and 1 mile from the very cute Deerfield beach retail area near the pier. The staff is very friendly and eager to please.

Cute Retro Place Short Walk to Deerfield Beach
Stumbled upon this cute little Motel that was like a step back in time, with a retro feel, but with great Wi-Fi. The staff was friendly and helpful (Joey and Will). And there was a nice mix of guests (weekly rentals, daily etc.). It has a small, friendly feeling where the guests sit around, chat and drink a beer together. The mix of guests (longer term renters) was also helpful to learn about restaurants, things to do. The location is fabulous. Just a short walk away to the Beach, restaurants, etc. with plenty to do for a weekend. Room was clean and tidy.
