This is a very nice hotel, and at a very reasonable rate. The staff treated me very well, and took care of me when I had to extend my stay a few more days. Lovely people.

With my IHG status, I’m allowed to check in early and check out later; However, I called the front desk for availability to check in early and was told that they will call back. That never happened. I went in at the regular check in time at 3:00. The front desk had me wait, so she could go and check if a room is available.!! She then had me wait in the breakfast area for 30 minutes. That’s unacceptable!

We stayed at this hotel for a week and it is an absolute gem.The staff were very helpful and friendly. We usually stay at other hotels in the area but this will be our go-to from here on in. The free breakfast every morning is great also.

I liked the location of the hotel. Check in was very easy and the room was clean. I only stayed for one night but I enjoyed the stay. Would recommend for anyone looking for an affordable place to stay.

I didn't like the unfinished renovations and the lack of cleanliness from the lobby to elevators. Noticeable dust on signage at check in counter along with buckets to catch leaks from ceiling. Also, elevators needed to be wiped down and moped. Dirty shower head and tub resurfacing warranted. Property did not reflect the photos displayed on website.

The staff were very friendly and the room was relatively clean. But the facility was very old and run down, the room temp was either too cold or too hot, the closet smelled, and the walls were so thin I could hear the toilet flush and tv in the next room. The coffee maker was broken.
