This hotel was very disappointing for the price, every night we had to ask for towels, they don’t clean the bathrooms and change the sheets. We stayed for 5nights and they never changed the sheets or vacuumed the floor or properly cleaned the bathroom. Until we called and complained they came back to clean the bathroom. We first got a room with no access to WiFi and signal was very low. They had to move us to a different floor to get a good signal. The access to the garage is very confusing, there are no signs anywhere to find your way. Only one elevator was working when we got there, for a couple of days it was so frustrating waiting for the elevator.

The restaurant staffs were pleasant and accomodating. The breakfast was delightful. The room was nice but had no shower gel. The night front desk agent did a follow up call to ensure that the bath gel was delivered to my room. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Our room was not clean. The shower and bedroom floor were dirty. We needed to clean the shower ourselves before using it. And our room was charged two items that we did not purchase. I had them reimburse the charges. Disappointing experience.

Staff was very congenial and helpful. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The hotel was really quite nice. Very close and convenient to shopping and restaurants. Very walkable area with lots of choices for food and amenities. Pool area is very nice. We stayed one night after coming back from a cruise and the location to the airport is very convenient. No complaints at all about this stay. Would definitely choose this hotel again for a similar need.

Stayed previously with no issues - this time ac in room was very loud and not working properly. After two attempts to speak to front desk, employee was on phone, I gave up. Room was fine but definitely worn compared to last visit.

Disappointing Hygiene Standards at Marriott Hotel I recently stayed at the Marriott Fort Lauderdale Airport Hotel and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience with the cleanliness of the bed linens. Despite my expectations of a well-maintained environment, I discovered that the bed linens were soiled with human excretions. Also, the towels provided were dirty and unclean as well. This lack of attention to hygiene was profoundly concerning and impacted my overall perception of the hotel's standards. I thought about bringing this issue to the staff's attention, but this condition was not something I wanted to undertake for a one-night stay. My wife and I flew into Fort Lauderdale from Seattle, WA, non-stop, and this already had a 12-hour day. Our departure from the hotel was early because we had an 11:00 check-in time for our Celebrity Cruise. I will write to the executives of Marriott to provide my video and photo evidence. This condition left a lasting impression. Maintaining a clean and sanitary environment is crucial for a comfortable stay, and I hope the Marriott takes this feedback seriously to improve their hygiene protocols.

AMAZING
It was a beautiful modern clean hotel. The restaurant was delicious and the bar tender Peter was a nice as could be. We were there just for a lay over and we had a late flight the next day. The front desk guy was so nice and gave us a late check out for no extra charge. I had never stayed at a Marriott. Now I am looking for them for our next stay. Thank you.

Not ready for guests yet.
Beautiful hotel with large beautiful rooms however it just felt like they weren’t fully opened yet. We went to the hotel bar to grab a drink and a bite to eat and it felt so sterile. No music, tv on mute, no sounds other than the guy at the other end of the bar who was on the phone and sharing the conversation with everyone. The rooms although nice and large, felt damp and had an off smell? (Maybe fabric protectant on the furniture?) Anyway, we travel a lot, mostly through Vrbo but went the hotel route this time and left pretty disappointed as we paid way too much for less than 12 hours.

Staff were excellent. We really liked our waitress, Helen, in the restaurant. She was very personable and helpfull. We'd stay here again on the next pre-cruise. Would recommend.

Great Hotel but…
Great hotel. Very clean. But no free WiFi. This is 2024 and with the price of this Hotel. Free Wiif should be available to everyone

Clean, close to shopping and dining. Was a little disappointed with the airport shuttle as we couldn't reserve it and when it showed up it was too full to take us. Part of the reason we booked this hotel was because of the airport shuttle, so that was a bummer. All in all it was a nice place to stay.
