Very clean and comfortable stay. It was close to the event we attended at NOVA. The kitchen was fully stocked so that was helpful and there were thoughtful items like makeup remover and bottles of water for us. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because there were a lot of mosquitoes. This was not the owners fault but we had to kill a few even inside.

We are family of 5 and stayed 8 days. Overall happy with the clean, comfortable and well stocked apartment. They had almost everything you need. We had to buy masher for the mashed potatoes, more paper towels and bbq brush and tongs. They had laundry detergents which weren’t enough and didn’t get more when asked for. But they had dishwasher soap and nice size shampoo and conditioners and even makeup remover wipes which was a nice surprise. Their pool towels were very small so we used regular towels which they had extra. Plenty of extra sheets and pillows. Walking distance to the pool which was very nice and not a lot of people (guess because they have 2 more pools spread around). Shower head in the master bedroom didn’t have enough pressure and stayed the same even after they came to fix it. We ended up taking out the water saving valve which helped. Our view from the balcony was the tennis court which wasn’t great but overall very happy with the stay for the price we paid and recommend it.

We loved our last stay at Palm Trace. This stay was a little rough. The king bed in the master was awful. The bed had to be very old, because we felt every spring and heard the springs when we were in bed. Unlike our first stay, we had limited seating and took turns sitting on the floor in the living area. Two kitchen cabinets were broke as well as the laundry door. We do love Palm Trace and love the layout of the apartment with washer and dryer and full kitchen.

Recent trip in March 2024 for 5 nights, 6 days. We were in building two on the back end, so our view was of the park. Was nice and quiet. We were lucky and got the top floor. Nice big balcony. Room was clean and spacious, especially since we were only two. It doesn't say in the listing but there is air-conditioning and ceiling fans. Never felt hot. Parking was so easy and we really appreciated that we always had parking. Small minor things but weren't deal breakers: the bathroom lighting in one of them was really dim, and the shower pressure in both was quite low. I didn't feel comfortable drinking the tap water so we bought bottle jugs and bags of ice. The couch was really used and the cushions were worn out, but was manageable for the two of us. There's a bench with storage underneath outside the room where you can put garbage daily. Kitchen was equipped with basic pots, pans and utensils. The pool was across the street where the main rental reception is. Was always empty and open all day, but it's not heated. The sun helped keep us warm though. Was super peaceful and calm. Would definitely stay again

Very spacious apartment. We had the 3 bedroom. Easy access to pool and fitness facilities across the street. Only recommendation would be black out curtains for bedrooms facing the street as cars driving by illuminated the room while trying to sleep. Some minor repairs needed: patio door screen not closing properly and a badly leaking faucet.

The property itself is nice and clean, the windows won’t lock I know it’s an old building but been in a first floor anybody can easily access the property using the windows. We stood there for two nights the first night was good and quiet not sure what happened the second night but the power keep going on and off all night making the night pretty hot and uncomfortable. Not sure if the whole building have the same problem or it was just this unit bc I see lights on the hallways and parking lot. Overall it’s a nice place

The property itself is beautiful, peaceful, and overall we enjoyed our stay. However we did encounter a few hiccups at check in & out that easily could have been avoided but caused bigger issues for us. We arrived at our room at 4:15PM the day of check in and cleaning was still being done and we had to wait. We were on a time crunch as we had others to make room for in the car, and to pick up from the airport. We were told check in was at 3. The sheets in the master bed smelled moldy, as if they were left in the washer too long then just tossed in the dryer rather than rewashed. The day of checkout, I had a flight to catch at 10:30, left at 9, locked the door only to realize I forgot my flat iron, went back only to discover that they had DEACTIVATED THE CODE at 9am. I attempted to call them however I was forced to leave a message and continue to the airport to make my flight. They responded via text 20 minutes later but it was too late at that point. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Loved the Apt. close to so much, very homey. Great close parking felt safe . No light bulb in bedside table, top of blinds was falling off. While using toilet you saw under soap holder & was filthy. Asked if hairdryers in both bathrooms , told yes but only one to share instead. . But all in all I would definitely recommend as those are small fixable things.

Appartement de deux chambres, correct et propre dans l'ensemble. Il était également facile de communiquer avec le gestionnaire, par courriel. Malheureusement, notre unité 203 était située face à un stationnement et tout près d'une rue très passante et bruyante. Le fait d'être dans le couloir aérien d'approche de l'aéroport n'aidait pas non plus à la tranquilité. De plus les concierges du complexe étaient actifs tôt le matin, avec des bruits d'équipement, dérangeants. Un point négatif est la présence quotidienne de cafards dans la cuisine. Nous n'avons pu nous en débarasser malgré l'achat d'un insecticide. L'équipement était aussi limité. Il manquait un balai fonctionnel, une vadrouille, des napperons, linges à vaisselle, etc.

J’ai séjourné dans l’appartement 305 du bâtiment 2, pendant 3 semaines. L’endroit n’est pas tout à fait calme à cause des ouvriers qui travaillent sur la propriété avec des machines bruyantes, quasiment tous les jours. Vous ne pouvez pas fumer sur l’entièreté de la propriété sous peine d’amende. J’ai dû acheter des casseroles et une machine à café que j’ai laissé dans l’appartement comme cadeau pour les futurs locataires.

Die Lage und das Prinzip sind super. Leider war das Apartment sehr sehr verdreckt. Wir mussten sämtliches Geschirr und Inventar selber reinigen. Der Boden war so verdreckt, dass unsere Socken/ Füße schwarz waren. Der Staub war Monate alt. Fenster und TV‘s hatten etliche Fingerabdrücke. Statt zu reinigen wurden überall nur Regeln mit hohen Geldstrafen aufgestellt. Der Kundenservice konnte bis heute (10 Tage nach unserem Aufenthalt) keine Möglichkeit einer Erstattung bearbeiten. Schade

Le bruit est constant sur le resort. Voitures et gens d’entretiens. Les chaises en bois sont jolies, mais très inconfortables. L’essentiel pour la cuisine était là, mais il manquait certains trucs pratiques pour accommoder un séjour de longue durée (12 jours)
