We had no blanket for sofa couch, had to go buy one. Two thin sheets dont work for blanket. No dish washing clothes, bought our own and brought them home along with the blanket. Had to buy toilet paper also. Kitchen sink started leaking they came and fixed it with more duct tape.

Hello Brian, thank you for all your feedback. Here in Florida we normally don't have blankets, definetily not necesary, but anyways I offered you to take you one but you decided to get your own and of course I would've been happy to get you the dish washing clothes as well, as I would do to make sure all my guests are 100% happy. Toilet paper the unit had 3 rolls which is what wer provide and you never requested more, of course I would've also given you more toilet paper, please next time communicate these things to us during your stay.It's a shame that you make it sound like we didn't address the sink issue because we did, I also had to leave more tape because I wanted the silicone to dry properly with our the pipe moving.Thank you for all your feedback and always welcome back.

We paid an extra 200.00 per night to stay at this property and it was horrible compared to the previous one we were at. It was smaller by 3 x and when we got there we waited in the courtyard but still received no instructions on how to get in. Finally we contacted Expedia who phoned them and had someone come and meet us. From there he was prompt and helpful when he could be. Inside and with him gone we found out none of the bathroom lights worked. They switched us to one of their "better" units which was the same with a smaller kitchen, but it had a bathroom you could enter through the hallway not just the bedroom. It had a beautiful shower upgrade. Overall not at all impressed. Save your money.

Great Stay
It was very quiet and clean. I will definitely stay here again and I do recommend anyone looking into staying here try it out. It is also very close to the beach.

The villa was immaculate. Christian kept constant communication throughout the trip to ensure all was well. Great villa to rent.
