"First time staying in that area. Hotel was large, offering many services including coffee shop, restaurants, large sitting areas, etc. Front desk staff were welcoming and efficient. My husband mentioned to the manager that we were celebrating my birthday...the manager had a complimentary small bottle of sparkling wine and chocolate covered strawberries sent to the room. Servers at bar in Clem's were also outstanding...Jacque and Angelo were the best! On multiple nights, they went out of their way to offer friendly and welcoming service, made us feel right at home. Rooms were clean, quiet, and housekeeping services were thorough. Would definitely return to the Omni Interlocken!"
