Thank you for your valuable feedback, we are consistently looking for areas to improve. We do not have a 24 hour front desk at the property, but we are available at anytime to go over the check in process with you. Unfortunately on the day you checked in we were experiencing trouble with the internet, as the saying goes, technology is great when it works. I apologize that there was a delay in your check in. I will work with my maintenance team to ensure the thermostat is working correctly, Had I been aware I would have offered you to switch rooms.
