Edison Beach House is literally right on the beach and our suite’s balcony had an amazing view of the sunset. The suite was good size and small kitchen was a nice convenience. Location is walking distance to restaurants and bars which was great. Would definitely stay again when back in the area!

The property met all of our needs for a wonderful Florida vacation! It was conveniently located right on the beach, it is well let and clean, has a full kitchen, pool and is situated in the heart of Fot Myers Beach. It isn’t fancy but it is well maintained and reasonably priced. Plus, there is a simple continental breakfast each day. We love staying at the Edison Beach Resort!

This property is amazing. Annie at check in was truly a plus to our experience, kind, helpful and super friendly. Our maintenance man was a true gentlemen. All the staff was helpful. The property was located in the perfect spot for us and all things were walkable and it was right on the beach. Also, beach chairs being included was a bonus. I would recommend this stay to anyone looking to be at Fort Myers Beach.

The perfect location right on the beach with a full ocean view! The room was clean and bright, the staff was kind and attentive, Our only issue was the plumbing, the toilet was slow and often needed a plunger. With that being said we would definitely stay here again.

This is an excellent hotel really well maintained. Pool is super nice and heated. It also is also in a great location. Near a bunch of restaurants and a farmers market on the weekend.

We have stayed here many times. The staff (Marlene, Annie )and the housekeeping staff go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. The rooms have everything you would need for cooking meals. They are very clean, and spacious with washer & dryer in the apartment. The new pool area is finished and lovely. The Edison also provides beach chairs if you would prefer to sit at beach. The rooms have a partial or full Gulf view. This property has an excellent location right on the beach, next to Times Square, and walking distance to many restaurants and bars. We will be back next year.
