"Our go to when in the Naples area. Beautiful rooms, great pool, wonderful staff, and awesome outdoor bar. Only issue this time was asked for an early check in by 2 hours- I understand they’re not guaranteed- however when guests are waiting don’t think it’s too inconvenient to tell the housekeeping staff especially when working on that floor at the time to start with the room we wanted then continue on cleaning the rest of the floor. Not a huge ask here. This as opposed to working one end to the other and yes our room was at the other end…little common sense and customer service goes a long way. Chaulk it up to an off day. "
