"The location, staff, and food was amazing! There was a bad odor that hit me when I entered the room and didn’t leave for the 3 days I was there. Unfortunately, that affected my comfort level during the stay and while resting. I would love to stay again, without the smell of course."

"We were moved to Factor Row due to lease cancelation at Canal. Apartment was clean and nicely furnished. A/c Stooped working and we had to move units. The staff responded quickly to inquiry. Clise walk to eveything. I would stay again."
