"room was spacious, good for the price as well. Very easy check in and check out. Nothing outstanding as it isn't an upscale hotel or anything but genuinely good for the price. it was clean and I didn't have anything to complain about really. The family who runs the place is very nice. only thing I wish they had was a full mirror but that's just my preference "

"When we arrived we found that the property was not cleaned properly. There was a plastic cup on the porch, dirty kitchen floor, empty water bottle in the bedroom, and dirty beds. Lights didn’t work in one of the bedrooms and we couldn’t find the thermostat as it was too hot during our stay. We tried to contact the owner many times and left a voicemail but they were completely unresponsive despite sending automated messages to us about contacting them if we needed help. "Such a wonderful hotel! It’s right across from the river and just steps from the charming downtown area. We came for a concert and loved that Artpark was only a 5-minute walk away.
