"The hotel is in poor condition- carpets very dirty. Baseboard trim missing in hallways. Room floors were extremely dirty - and the tile entry in the room was so dirty the cloth I used to wipe it was black. The beds and bathroom fixtures were clean- but the floors so bad I never walked around without shoes. If we weren't so tired we would have left. The only consolation is the staff member at check in was excellent. Never will stay here again. Do not recommend"

"Stayed in a pet friendly room. The white bedding was full of different kinds of pet hair and there were brown stains present as well. Really seems like the bedding was not washed/disinfected in-between guests. The bathroom floors were not clean. Very obvious grime and dirt/debris build-up in every corner. Air conditioner is VERY loud!"

"The staff were super nice! The room was ok but there were a few issues. The night stand drawer was open when we got to the room and wouldn’t shut so you had to be careful getting out of bed. There were a few towels on the shelf that were dirty and had dried something on them so very disgusting. The tv remote had buttons that didn’t work so you couldn’t go channel up and only down and around to the channel you wanted."
