"Unfortunately, our experience during the stay was disappointing. The lady at the reception seemed quite rude and unwelcoming, as there were no greetings or even a simple warm welcome when we arrived. Good customer service really makes a difference, especially for guests staying away from home. On our second day, we requested partial cleaning or at least a change of towels, but no one came to assist us and there was no follow-up regarding our request. It felt like our concerns were ignored, which was frustrating. On top of that, the place was very noisy in the middle of the night, making it difficult for us to rest properly. We were hoping for a comfortable and relaxing stay, but unfortunately the overall experience did not meet our expectations. I hope this feedback will help improve the service and guest experience in the future."
