"The receptionist was not welcoming and not eagerly willing to help with any situation. And this was from the very first interaction, which left me with a uneasy feeling throughout my visit."

"After a 12 hour drive, we were pleasantly greeted by Shante. She was very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable. Upon our departure, there was a woman at the front desk wearing a birthday sash on her phone. My husband and I went past the desk and she never acknowledged us. We went passed her twice (once to go out and put our stuff in the car, second time to come back in to return luggage cart and get breakfast, the last time to turn in the key) and she never looked up, just looking at her phone. Finally she looked up when we went to turn in our key and said, "Oh, I didn't see you." Of course she didn't because she was on her phone! This woman was the manager, the reason I know that is because I met her the previous day in the elevator. Later that night I saw her again (out of uniform) with a man going up to the 4th floor. We checked in on Thursday 3/19/2026, met Shante and she was great! Friday morning (3/20/2026) we left to attend my brother in law's funeral, met a young girl at the front desk (didn't get her name) she was also very nice. We came back from funeral and went to the ice machine down stairs and saw that same young girl again very friendly she was moping the floor. Overall, under the circumstance for the reason of our trip, our visit was very pleasant. We would definitely stay there again!! I must say, Shante went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and we greatly appreciated that!"

"They put us on the top floor at the end of the hallway with no neighbors as requested so it was nice and quiet. The room was nice and clean. Large bathroom and shower. Would stay here again."

"Property lobby and restaurant area is under renovation so it is hard to fairly judge amenities and cleanliness but staff is excellent and very friendly. Room was very clean. "
