Booked a suite to host a birthday party and it was a huge success. The staff were friendly at check-in, the pool facilities were very nice (probably one of the nicer ones in the area), and the room was spacious. I would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Fort St. John or for anyone who wants to host a children's party.

Good rooms, not so good breakfast

Breakfast wasn’t great, no bowls for cereal. Even when asked food wasn’t great at all. Clean rooms, nice pool 🏊‍♂️

We have nice and easy stay in this hotel. The room was neat and clean, staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. It was also very convenient for shopping because of the proximity of the stores surrounding the area.

Towing a 30' trailer with my truck presents a challenge when it comes to parking. This location had everything I needed within walking distance and parking was a breeze.

Pool was closed the entire duration of the stay. Having kids this was one of the reasons for booking this hotel. You should offer discounts if the pool is out of commission for the entirety of peoples stays

The rooms and beds were good and the service was fine. When we booked we were not informed that the pool and hot tub were out of commission and we would have stayed elsewhere had we been informed . I think that is important especially with children .
